Once again the GOP stands in the way of "political expression" that they don't agree with. Typical. He said himself that he "didn't hurt anyone, he just scared them a little." Rebublican's need to grow a backbone, I mean this is the Haloween season, isn't it all about a little harmless fun? What's next, outlawing vampire teeth becasue they're too scary? This is why Bush and his anti-fun fanatics must lose on
